There are some expereinces that are difficult to put into words because you don't simply do them-you feel them. my Reiki and Chakra clearing expereince with Stephanie was one of those.

I went into this experience open-minded and ready to recieve whatever I needed, but I genuinely was not prepared for how deeply it would affect me.

​

From the moment we began, I felt safe, comfortable, and completly supported. Stephanie has an incredibly calming presence, but there is also something powerful about the way she works. Nothing felt rushed, forced or preformative. It felt intentional. Personal. Like she was truly present with me and paying attention to what I needed in that moment.

The reiki itself was lunlike anything I expected. There were moments when I could physically feel sensations, shifts, warmth, and energy throughout my body. But what surprised me even more was the emotional side of the experience. It felt like my body was finally being given permission to release things I had been carrying for far too long. 

​

Then came the chakra clearing. That was the part that truly blew me away. As we worked through the different chakras, there were things that came forward that resonated with me on such a personal level. Some where things I already knew I was struggling with, and others made me recognize emotions, patterns, and parts of myself that I hadn't fully acknowledged.

I wasn't just relaxing. It was revealing. By the time we finished, I felt lighter. Quieter inside. More grounded and connected to myself. It was almost like someone had turned down all of the noise I had become so accustomed to carrying.

What mades Stephanie so specail isn't simply the Reiki or the Chakra work- it's the way she holds space for you throughout the entire experience. There is no judgement. No pressure to be anything other than exaclty where you are. She creates an environment where you can soften, let your guard down and simply recieve. 

​

If you are feeling emotionally heavy, disconnected from yourself, energetically drained, stuck, overwhelmed, or even if you can't quite explain what feels off- I can not recommmend experiening this with Stephanie enough.

You do not have to understand Reiki, know anything about Chakras, or even know exaclty what you're looking for. Just come open. There are people that provide a service, adn then there are people who have a genuine gift for the work they do. Stephanie is one of those people. I walked in carrying more than I realized, I walked out feeling like I could breath a little deeper. That is something I will never forget.
